ESTIMATED COSTS PER PERSON: Airfare as of August 2011: $1600 + food and hotel for 2 weeks ($600) + other ($300) = $2,500
DATE: Friday, June 22, 2012 to Sunday, June 24, 2012 (see schedule below).
LOCATION: Chiang Mai University Convention Hall
You can sign up for special short term mission projects as an extension of Yexus Fest. Please mark this on your online registration form.
ACCOMMODATIONS: We will provide a few names of hotels for you to choose from on our website www.yexusfest.com. You will need to book and pay for your room on your own. Otherwise, you can book your own hotel near the Chiang Mai University Convention Hall in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
FOOD: If you are from the US, when you arrive at Chiang Mai University Convention Hall, please help donate $20 towards the meals that you will be served during Yexus Fest. Those meals include an early dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and Sunday breakfast.
DONATIONS: This entire event is made possible by donations! Grace Hmong Alliance Church members have graciously been our financial supporters for the past events. We are now looking for help and sponsorship from other people such as you! This event is going to be completely funded by donations and fundraising, so please contribute to make a difference for someone who needs to hear the Word of God in SE Asia. You can sponsor one person from Thailand to attend Yexus Fest for only $30!!! Donations can be sent to Yexusfest 2012, 2604 W. Orchard Street, Milwaukee, WI 53204 by May 15, 2012. Please make sure you write your name and address information with your check.
